PROXY ESPORTS Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 27, 2026 • Version 2.0
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PROXY ESPORTS BGMI Competitive Player Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.
2. Authentication & Google OAuth 2.0
Access to player accounts is provided exclusively through Google's official OAuth 2.0 protocol. By selecting Sign in with Google and authorizing requested permissions, you grant PROXY ESPORTS permission to access basic profile details and read-only email data within the parameters established by your consent.
3. Read-Only Gmail Usage, Scope & Administrator Access
The application operates with strictly read-only Gmail access (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly). By granting consent, you acknowledge that authorized PROXY ESPORTS administrators may view your authorized mailbox in read-only mode for organization verification and competitive administration. PROXY ESPORTS will never request, nor does the application possess the capability to:
- Send or draft emails on your behalf
- Delete, archive, or modify messages
- Change email labels, categories, or account settings
4. Competitive Integrity & Player Conduct
All registered players must adhere to Fair Play principles, BGMI tournament rulebooks, and organization guidelines. Accounts found engaging in third-party cheating software, account sharing, or unsportsmanlike conduct are subject to immediate suspension by PROXY ESPORTS administration.
5. Account Revocation & Termination
You may terminate your connection with the portal at any time by utilizing the Disconnect Gmail feature, which automatically initiates credential revocation on Google's authorization servers.
